The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S.Case No. 284 of 2017 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the allegation made by the informant that the petitioner was having physical relationship with her for the last eight years on the pretext of marriage, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with
