Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that letter no. 801 dated 19.03.2019 issued by the Registrar Jodhpur National University indicates that the certificate of the petitioners on verification were found to be genuine. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent D.D.C., Munger to examine the genuineness of the certificate and on being satisfied with regard to genuineness of the certificate, may pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
