Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhagalpur Rail (Rail Bhagalpur) P.S. Case No.(G.R.P. P.S. Case No.) 56/17, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26(i) of the Arms Act and Section 137 of the Railway Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one country made pistol and two rinches are said to have recovered from possession of the petitioner, he has only one criminal antecedent under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and the petitioner is in custody for last ten months.
