JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-10-2022 Though, the present writ petition has been filed for seeking removal of encroachment made over public land recorded as Gair Majarua Aam Sarak in Cadastral Survey Records and commonly used by large number of local people, situated in Mauza- Agapur, Thana No. 268 appertaining to Plot No. 120/128 of Khata No. 331 having an area of 2 Bigha 15 Katha 7 Dhoor but, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Mansoorchak, District Begusarai for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4994 of 2020(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Mansoorchak, District Begusarai, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of 4 weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
