1. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.12.2021, passed by the District Magistrate, Arwal in Arms License Case No.124/DM/2019, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

2. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of six weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, forthwith.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
