The petitioner seeks bail in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 302/34 of the IPC. 3.
Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons have killed the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No offence, in the manner as alleged, has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Petitioner is the co-villager of the husband of the deceased and there is no specific overt act against him. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17355 of 2024(4) dt.19-04-2024 2/2 husband of the deceased is in judicial custody. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been languishing in custody since 10.10.2023.

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 6.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/the Successor Court, in connection with Korha P.S. Case No.172 of 2023.
