Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The recovery of firearm is from the house of coaccused Rabindra Singh and Satrughan Singh. Nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner nor the petitioner was apprehended at the spot. Petitioner is in custody since 20.07.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20236 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Azimabad Police Station Case No. 17 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
