The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 452 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 10.10.2020 and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from bare perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R. it would manifest that from this petitioner a .315 bore country-made pistol and three live cartridges were found.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Case No. 452 of 2020 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 437 (3) Cr.P.C.
