Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.5.2014 passed in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 515 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

However, from now on, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,500/- (One thousand five hundred) per month in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2 instead of Rs.750/-.
