Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307,120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Some unknown persons demanded ransom from the informant and on non-payment, fired at the brother of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2017. Submission is that the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade. Only on suspicion, the petitioner was remanded in this case from some other case and thereafter his confessional statement was recorded by the police. No.11063 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chatauni Police Station Case No.209 of 2016, Trial No.928 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
