This application has been filed for modification of the judgment and order dated 15.01.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.1114 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the second paragraph of the judgment and order dated

Patna High Court MJC No.699 of 2019(4) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 15.01.2019, "Darbhanga (Sadar)" has been mentioned, in fact, it should have been "Darbhanga (Town)".

In such view of the matter, the words "Darbhanga (Sadar)" appearing in paragraph no.2 of the judgment and order dated 15.01.2019 will be read as "Darbhanga (Town)". Accordingly, the judgment and order dated 15.01.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 1114 of 2019 is modified to the above extent.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
