The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 397 of 2013 registered under Sections-376/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that after due investigation, police submitted final form against the petitioner and there is only allegation against the petitioner that she was also sitting along with father-in-law of the informant at the time of alleged occurrence, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5151 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 397 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
