The petitioners seek bail in Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case 224 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 414, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(c) I.T. Act.
It has been submitted that these petitioners have merely been arrested on suspicion. No any incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioners. They have clean antecedent.
It is alleged in the written report that these petitioners were standing near a van in Malahi Pakri in suspicious condition.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31209 of 2017 (3) dt.26-07-2017 2/2 The police on suspicion arrested the petitioners. The petitioners have clean antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Kumari Vijaya, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
