2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6265 of 2023 dt.14-09-2023 2/3 Registrar of the University for the relief as claimed in the present writ petition for payment of retiral dues under different heads.

3. Considering the specific submission made on behalf of the petitioner, petitioner, if so advised, may file a comprehensive representation along with all the evidences in support of claims for payment of retiral dues before the Registrar of the University.

4. The Registrar, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University is directed to ensure payment of retiral dues along with statutory interest as claimed for in the present writ petition in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation. In case, he finds that any clarification is required to be furnished by the petitioner the same be done within the aforesaid period without any delay.

5. In case, the petitioner is dissatisfied with nonpayment of any of the retiral dues, the petitioner may take appropriate legal remedy for deliberate inaction on the part of the Registrar of University or any staff who have not cooperated with the Registrar, the petitioner may take appropriate legal action against them.

6. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands
