JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- " (i) To direct the respondent authorities to quash the order dated 08.09.2016 passed by Circle officer, Rahika and to remove the encroachment by the encroacher (land as Khesra No. 4247) as well as some bad element person/ Dabang as respondent no.8 on Bihar Government land in way/Rasta of the petitioner and villagers.

(ii) To direct the respondent authorities to

Patna High Court CWJC No.18798 of 2016(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 provide the measuring and fix the actual possession of Government land and remove the encroachment by the respondent no.8.

(iii) To direct to make the respondent authorities adequate satisfactory and take sufficient decision on Government land as a public way."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent- authorities. Liberty so sought, is granted.
