2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape and thereafter assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 03.11.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19428 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 168 of 2023.
