The petitioner apprehend his arrest in Ghogardiha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner alleged to have assaulted the informant on his chest. The injuries are found on the chest of the informant is abrasion and simple in nature. On the ground of enmities the petitioner has falsely been implicated of this case. Ghogardiha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 was registered by Ram Rambilash Sadai against the informant and informant lodged this case in defence. Rambilash Sadai is also one of the accused in the present case. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named

No.30583 of 2017 (3) dt.22-08-2017 petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in Ghogardiha P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
