The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 8 of 2015 registered under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471, 406 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.
The first information report is based on a complaint. It has been contended that only on the basis of vague and cryptic allegation, the petitioners have been made accused.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.
Be that as it may, regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners, vide order dated 18.03.2016 is, hereby, confirmed.
