Perused the order dated 18.01.2016 passed by Munsif, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in Title Suit No.54 of 2010 whereby the court below allowed the intervention application filed by the interveners recording finding that the interveners have got interest in the property and the State authority also stated that the suit properties have been settled in favour of interveners. Therefore, the interveners are necessary party.

In view of the above finding of the trial court, in my opinion, the impugned order needs no interference in supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Harish/- U
