The petitioner seeks bail in Manigacchi P.S. Case No.136 of 2019, corresponding to C.R.I. No.1756 of 2019 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was remanded in this case on 20.12.2019 but petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Save and except the confession of the co-accused, there is no material against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 20.12.2019, let the petitioner, above
