JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i). For a direction to the respondent authorities to allot Flat/ Land as per the advertisement and the payment made by the petitioner, alternatively return the money which was deposited by the petitioner and return the same as per the present value of the land with penal interest."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board i.e. the respondent no. 2 for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.
