JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,307,353,332,333,467,468,471,472 and 473 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the police raided the house of Shambhu Yadav, husband of the petitioner and recovered two bags of black colour containing counterfeit currency notes, chemical and apparatus of manufacturing counterfeit currency notes. In the meantime the petitioner made assault when several persons attacked on the police party. Shambhu Yadav also assaulted with lathi on the head of the informant but it caused injury on the hand when the mob got released Shambhu Yadav and several others also received injuries.

No.12659 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been roped in the present case since she happens to be the wife of Shambhu Yadav. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Jhanjharpur. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
