Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nayaram Nagar P.S. Case No.209 of 2017, registered under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that this petitioner shot at the informant on the temporal region, when villagers turned up escaped away along with others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are co-villagers and the firearm injury is simple in nature. Having considered the specific allegation of shooting at the informant on the head causing injury, presently the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Nayaram
