2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have looted the bank employee.

4. The name of the petitioner has come during investigation.

5. The petitioner has clean antecedents and he is in jail since 15.10.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class No. VIII, Katihar in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2023.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Pranpur Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
