The present MJC has been preferred for compliance of the order passed in 22314 of 2013 dated 25.8.2015. The show cause of the District Magistrate, Patna is on record by which claim of the petitioner has been rejected vide memo no. 72 dated 18.3.2016.

The contention of the petitioner is that even that order stand rejected, the petitioner is well advised to file fresh a petition.
