Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 21.01.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3588 of 2020. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12195 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.
