2 The erstwhile contractual engagement of the petitioner for smooth running of the Stay Home, namely, Koshi Pirit Mahila Vikas Mandal at Supaul was brought to an end on 08.11.2014. The contractual engagement was for a period of one year.

3 In view of certain developments, after filing of the writ petition, IA No 212 of 2017 has been filed by the petitioner.

Where after, another fresh Advertisement has been issued on 31.12.2016. 4 Since the petitioner is participating in the Advertisements issued, this Court would only observe that his case is entitled to be considered as per his eligibility and as per requirement of the respondents-Authorities.

5 Writ petition is disposed of.
