JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 Though the matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders on Office Notes' with certain notes of the Registry pointing out the defects in the writ application, ignoring such defects, this writ application is being disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the State-respondents at this stage itself. Aggrieved by an order, dated 12.11.2018, passed by

Patna High Court CWJC No.7013 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, West Muzaffarpur, in Mutation Appeal No. 274/2013-14, whereby he has affirmed an order of the Circle Officer, Muraul, dated 30.07.2013 passed in Mutation Case No. 193/2013-14, this writ application has been filed.

The petitioner has statutory remedy of filing revision before the Additional Collector under Section 12 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011, which, the petitioner has not availed. This application is, thus, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent statutory authority under the Act to assail the order, which has been impugned in the present writ application. It is directed that if any revision application is filed before the competent authority within a period of one month from today, any consideration on condonation of delay, should be done liberally, keeping in mind the fact that the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.
