The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 365 of 2011, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A) and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that she was married with Ikwal Ahmad in the month of May, 2008 but immediately thereafter her husband and other in-laws began to assault her. They demanded more and more money and other articles. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. They have no concern with the family affairs

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in-laws of the complainant, petitioners Nematullah and Roushan Jahan, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 365 of 2011, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
