Learned counsel for the respondents are present and have also pointed out that the petitioner's engagement after retirement as a Head Electrician was not allowed by the Head Office of the Company vide letter dared 21.1.2014 and, therefore, no right shall accrue to the petitioner to claim any amount much less amount of traveling allowance (T.A.).

This Court, however, would not like to make any final observation on the merit of the case and would dismiss this case
