Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.124 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that unknown motorcycle borne miscreants robbed the informant and relieved of Rs.1,33,702/-. It is contended that there is no material against the petitioner except disclosure of his name relating to his participation by a co-accused, however there is no recovery and the petitioner was not put on TIP.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rajesh Kumar Mandal @ Kunal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20362 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Mandal is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.124 of 2017.
