Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act One loaded pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner by the police. Petitioner is accused in several cases registered under the Arms Act and in some of the cases registered under Section 302 and 304 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and nature of allegation in the present case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Shahpur Police Station Case No. 319 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Danapur, Patna.
