JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2022 Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed when called upon to do so by the office. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered in connection with Mohania P.S Case No. 413 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,353,307,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault to the informant, who is constable. The informant intercepted a truck laden with excess sand. In the meantime petitioner along with accused abused and assaulted with rod to the informant. As a result of which informant sustained injury on his arm. It is further submits that he has falsely implication in this case and injury sustained on

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner , above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Mohania P.S Case No. 413 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
