2. This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No.210 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 304, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner is accused of causing death of the deceased in a magic show.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2024 and he claims clean antecedent. The deceased has died of electric shock.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
