The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case no. 127 of 2018, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regarding theft of motorcycle of the informant, Ujiarpur P.S. Case no. 127 of 2018 was registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and in course of investigation, Subham Kumar Chaudhary was apprehended by the Police with another stolen motorcycle, who disclosed the name of petitioner having hand in the theft of motorcycle of the informant, except that nothing has been collected by the I.O of this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Dalsing Sarai, Samastipur in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Cr.P.C.
