The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Singheshwar PS case no. 90 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 394 of Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.
The accusation is with regard to some miscreants intercepting the bike of the son of the informant and robbing certain cash kept in the dicky of motorcycle after causing bullet injury on the person of the son of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in this case on account of statement of co-accused Rajesh Kumar, no TIP has been conducted so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence, petitioner has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30650 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 clean antecedent and is in custody since 21.10.2016. It has been further stated that said co-accused Rajesh Kumar has already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 04.02.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 4592 of 2015.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Singheshwar PS case no. 90 of 2014.
