Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.257 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 323, 324, 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is land dispute between both sides, there is general and omnibus allegation and all injuries are simple in nature except one injury which is not on the vital part.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioners Prem Shankar Yadav @ Bideo Yadav @ Video,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4297 of 2018(2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 Baban Yadav and Sonu Kumar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., 1st, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No.257 of 2017.
