JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be the main assailant and earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court.

Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with session trial no. 110 of 2017 arising out of Tiyar P.S.Case No. 44 of 2014, pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara stands rejected.

However, the grievance of the petitioner is that his trial is going in dilly dally manner. Therefore, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude
