The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 951/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the

Case No. 951/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

It is expected that in view of the compromise, the informant shall end the litigation.
