Misc. No. 11375/2014, this Court had granted the privilege of bail in anticipation of arrest to the six petitioners herein subject to their surrendering in the court below within four weeks, but except petitioner no. 6 all others surrendered and were released on bail. Due to illness petitioner no. 6 namely Sitesh Ram, son of Subhash Ram could not avail the opportunity in time, accordingly, this application has been filed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time fixed by order dated 20.05.2014 is extended by further two weeks from today.
