The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 594 of 2018 dated 13.10.2018 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is alleged to have defrauded several people money by withdrawing their amount from their accounts and investigation requires to be done and a thorough investigation in this regard requires to be conducted. Learned counsel submits that co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. In the opinion of this Court the case of the petitioner cannot be acquitted especially when there is specific allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to
