1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In the nature of allegation as alleged in the FIR, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner as it is a case registered under Section 304(B) of the IPC and the death of the deceased who was wife of the petitioner took place within 7 years of marriage i.e. within three years of marriage, she died and there is no pleading in the anticipatory bail application that the body of the deceased was taken to the hospital for postmortem if the death was natural.
