This is an application seeking some modification in the order dated 20.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19284 of 2014 in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.311 of 2013, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Except in paragraph 3 of the order aforesaid about the male child, as submitted, in fact opposite party no.2 has a female child, no further modification, as prayed, is required specially taking into consideration earlier orders dated 30th April 2014 and 14th November 2014 in said Cr. Misc. No. 19284 of 2014.

Let it be treated modified to the extent above accordingly. Further, as prayed for, subject to deposit of Rs. 8,000/- (Rs. Eight Thousand) with District Legal Services Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur, the period to avail the liberty granted to the petitioner vide order aforementioned is extended till 25th February 2015.
