2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 307, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2012.

3. At the very outset, this Court, however, takes note that the present anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the year 2019 in respect of the FIR which has been instituted as far back as in the year 2012. The petitioner has not offered any satisfactory explanation for the delay and there is no immediate apprehension of his arrest. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

4. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned trial Court the same shall be considered on its

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14049 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
