Petitioner is accused in connection with Azam Nagar (Salmari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 263 of 2019 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is father-in-law. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 09.10.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,
