The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 206 of 2020 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner had never visited the rental house of the deceased and there was no relation between them.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is named in the first information report. Petitioner has

Further he contended that in course of investigation, the materials have come against the petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that the witnesses have also supported the prosecution case. Hence, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
