2. The petitioner, who is a Block Teacher working in Upgraded Middle School, Neknampur, Block-Minapur, has filed this writ petition for payment of arrears of salary from January 2020 to till date.

3. Since the petitioner is Block Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision

Patna High Court CWJC No.3374 of 2023(5) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 rendered by this Court in CWJC No. 10222 o2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
