This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the F.I.R., three unknown persons abducted the brother of the informant. During investigation, coaccused Ashok Saw and Saudagar Khan @ Raja Khan were apprehended by the police and on their disclosure, the victim was recovered. The arrested persons further disclosed the name of the petitioner as co-culprit along with name of co-accused Guddu Sah. Guddu Sah has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Annexure-2. The petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23272 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Nasariganj P.S. Case No. 208 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
