Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 16, 18 and 20 of U.A.P. Act. Informant who is a police officer has allege that he received a information that at Mananpur basti 35-40 extremists have kidnapped three villagers namely, Ganesh Rajak, Rabindra Rajak and Rajendra Yadav and taken them into the forest area however Rabindra Rajak was released by the extremists and he returned to home however he was not present and he has gone to Jamui.

He has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of his confession and has been remanded in this case. Except his own confession there is no any other incriminating material found against him. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 12.11.2020 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Lakhisarai, in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 86 of 2020, subject to conditions:

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and his absence on two consecutive dates without proper and sufficient reason the trial court will be at liberty to cancel his bail bond.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case,
