The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 337, 338, 327, 332, 395(a), 153(A), 435, 307, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of being a member of mob and no specific allegation is attributed to him. The petitioner is rotting in
